Does the product need to be assembled?
TM037, come 100% pre-assembled and only require tightening a folding knob before use. Others, such as TM015, comes with 95% pre-assembled, only 6 screws need to be tightened.We provide step-by-step video tutorials and detailed instruction manuals, and you can always contact us online if you need assistance.

My item arrived but damaged! what should I do?
First, take a deep breath. It is difficult for major shipping companies to deliver heavy packages across the UK flawlessly every time. We recommend opening the box and looking inside. The items are packaged fairly well on the inside, so just because the outside box is stained doesn't mean the contents are dirty as well.
If you do encounter problems, please contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item just yet and put the item back in the box. Please contact us first to see if there is an easier solution. Your order will be delivered within 2–7 working days from our local warehouses in the UK.
In the UK, we operate warehouses in Tamworth, England (B78 2FG) and Walsall, West Midlands (WS8 7DG). Orders are shipped via Evri, Yodel, and FedEx.

Once the package has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
